Delete Your Oracle Sky Account

To delete your Oracle Sky account, open the app and use the Delete Account option in the profile section.

If you no longer have access to the app, you can send an account deletion request by email. For security reasons, please contact us from the email address linked to your account whenever possible.

After receiving your request, we may ask for additional confirmation to verify that the request was made by the account owner.

What is deleted

Once the request is verified and processed, Oracle Sky is intended to delete or anonymize the app account and associated user data, including Firebase Authentication account data, user/profile records, saved astrology profiles, AI usage periods and request records, transit/aspect cache records linked to the account, saved device tokens, and other account-linked app records that are no longer needed.

What may be retained

Some limited records may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, purchase or entitlement verification, accounting, tax, refund handling, chargeback handling, dispute resolution, or to prevent abuse of free trials, subscriptions, credits, and rewarded-ad AI answers.

• Billing and store records may remain with Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat, or payment-related providers according to their own policies.
• Hashed or minimized usage snapshots may be retained to prevent repeated abuse of trials and to support restoration or verification of active paid access or credits.
• Operational logs and verification records may be retained for limited periods, such as AI usage request records, RevenueCat webhook records, rewarded-ad attempts, rewarded-ad transactions, and security logs.
• Aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies you may be retained for service reliability, analytics, and security.

Subscriptions and purchases

Important: deleting your Oracle Sky account does not automatically cancel your subscription in the App Store or Google Play. To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription separately in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.

Account deletion may also remove access to app-linked AI answer balances, trial allowances, rewarded-ad answers, saved profiles, and generated results. Refund requests must be handled through the store or payment provider that processed the purchase.

Timing

In-app deletion requests are designed to start account deletion immediately after authentication. Email requests are processed after ownership verification. Additional time may be needed for backups, provider records, security logs, legal retention, or technical retries.
